if you wanna commit the perfedt suicide, you just need few things:
KCN which means in german Kaliumcyanid(it's a clear stuff which has crystals and looks a bit like sugar), water, and a lot of courage, that's it.
now you have to put the KCN( 3-5 g) into a glass filled with water. after that you have to drink the water.
so, what happens to your body? Kaliumcyanid is a stuff which is in germany well known as Cyankali. if it's mixed with water, it will react to HCN and KOH.the last one is the opposite of an acid(don't know the name) and is very concentrated.
But HCN is the main toxine in this mixture. Highly concentrated it can kill you in less an hour and the best: You don't feel it. It's just like you get knocked K.O. and then You sleep veeeeeeerry long.
I think, it's the best method to commit a suicide, because the things are easy to get and it works really fast.
Disclaimer to all children: don't do that at home, it's nothing to play with.....

Naja du kannst es auch jemand anderes geben, aber ich denke jeder sollte selbst darueber entscheiden wann er stirbt und wie.

also Freunde - man weiß ja, dass Suizid derzeit in Mode ist und die Anleitung von Wizard dürfte wohl reichen
