NFS Underground Soundtrack

Hi!
Ich hab mir mal NFS UG zugelegt, was ein verdammt geiles Game ist, wie ich finde, und will jetzt die Musik des Games (zu finden in ...\Need For Speed Underground\SNDSTREAMS) irgendwie auf eine CD brennen, so das ich die Musik auch hören kann. Problem ist allerdings, dass die Files in einem ".ast" Format da rumliegen.
Also jetzt meine Frage: Wie bekomme ich diese Lieder in's MP3 oder WAV Format damit ich sie brennen kann?
